The AR World Champtionship is currently taking place in New Zealand. So what does this have to do with “The Legend”? John Howard is a support crew member for team Nike Balance Bar. For those not in the know; John Howard is one of the best adventure racers ever. He dominated early expedition adventure races and was known for his strategy of going slow to being a race and running his own race. He was a teammate of Ian Adamson in some of the early Eco Challenge races and was on the winning team with Ian in the British Columbia race. John is also the Technical Director at Primal Quest next year. It’s nice to see that he’s still around adventure racing.
