Refund Policy
A 90% refund (active.com/Google fees are non-refundable) will be given if we are notified of your cancellation at least 6 weeks prior to the event date. A notice between 3 and 6 weeks prior to the event date will be given a 75% refund. No refunds will be issued within three weeks prior to the event.
You are allowed to transfer you spot to another team. We MUST however be notified of any race entry transfers as our records need to be changed. If you do not notify us of the entry transfer prior to the event, that team may not be able to race.
Volunteer Credit
Volunteer credit is earned by volunteering at a Checkpoint Adventures event. Credits do not expire and can be transferred to others. Anyone receiving transferred credit can only use transferred credit from one event per year. Those earning the credit can use it as often as they wish however.
